He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Ray Ervin and Lois Ervin Gabriel; and his sister-in-law Claudia Pope. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ervin; his son Eric Ervin of Conover; his grandson Hunter Ervin of Claremont; his siblings-in-law, Linda, Darrell Little of Conover and Jerry Pope of Conover; his niece Lori Little of Conover; his nephew Jon Little of Beaufort, SC; and his aunt Helen Campbell of Catawba. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
