She is survived by: her children, Donnie Ray Leatherman (Eva) of Conover and Norma L. Kistler (Eddie) of Catawba; her sister Tessie Spaulding (Calvin) of Claremont; and her grandchildren, Katherine Kistler and Lincoln Hyatt.
