He is survived by: his wife Karen White Blackburn Killian; his children, Eric Killian (Cathy) of Hickory, Heather Forbes (Adam) of Gastonia, Debbie Lundy (Ken) of Statesville, Crystal Crabtree of Newton and Terri Miller (Dayne) of Claremont; his grandchildren, Stephen, Ashley, Bradley, Justin, Toni, Tiffany, Tyler, Taylor, Joshua, Abby, Sadie and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Braelyn, Ellery, Julia, Jocelyn, Sutton, Remington, Mason, Elijah, Landen, Greyson and Hazel.
