He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daniel and Fern Paquita Looney Frazee; his wife Nancy Walton Frazee; and his sister Anita Carr of Kirksville, MO.. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Shook of Smithfield, NC, Charlotte Kelley (Tom Swanson) of Buffalo Grove, IL and Charles Kelley (April) of Hickory, NC; his siblings, Daniel Frazee of Las Vegas, NV, James Frazee of Conover, NC, Ruth Hinz of Spokane, WA and Avis Rainbolt of St. James, MO; and his close friends, Justin and Donna Houser. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
