He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Moore Costner; his children, Danya Costner, Sherry Lynn Davis, Felicia, Bruce Cooper, Deena Steed, Brandon Stroud, Chuck Hall, Tristan Rogers, Shane Rogers, Liz, Vincent Rogers, Allison Holt and Baby Carson; his grandchildren, Brandon Moody, Shawn Moody of Fort Benning, Ethan Miller, Jacquelyn Sartin, Kayla Burkhamer, Kelsey Burkhamer, Ethan Cooper, Sydney Nottingham, Madison Steed, Hunter Steed, Charlie Hall, Haylee Rogers and Sebastian Rogers; his great grandchildren, Kody and Kole; his aunts, Margaret Costner and Brenda Allison; and his uncle Mike Allison.

“We were great friends when we went too Tri City Baptist Church together.We sang in the chior together we usually went on visitation together.He was a precious Soul who Loved Jesus & everyone else.I Loved him in Jesus & missed seeing him after we both left Tri City.I'm so sorry for your loss & Heavens Gain We'll all see him soon I truley believe in Heaven together!
