He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shook Bolick; his children, Michael Bolick, Jeffery Bolick and Sheila Bolick; his grandsons, Elijah Bolick, Nicholas Bolick, Johnny Kinsman and Cliff Kinsman; and his great grandchildren, Amelia Kinsman and Jeremiah Bullard.
