She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Eckard and Celie Lail Eckard; her husband Dennis Ferrell Hilton; and her siblings, Robert Eckard, Melvin Huffman, Betty Miller, Joyce Gates, Shirley Shock and Blend Matthews.
She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Eckard of Troutman and Charles Eckard of Conover Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
