With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Johnson of Conover, North Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Franklin Johnson and Hester Haas Johnson; and his sister Thelma Johnson Jones. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Johnson of Conover; his daughter Barbara Johnson Gryder (Bill) of Newton; his grandchildren, Leslie Gryder Reese (Jason) of Virginia and Bradley Gryder (Danielle) of Hickory; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Reese, Alex Reese and Addison Gryder.
