With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Edward Lail of Conover, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom M. Lail and Londa L. Lail; his wife Willadean L. Lail; his daughter Vickie Lail Misenheimer; and his siblings, Junior Lail, Willard Lail, Everett Lail, Ruby Hedrick, Joann Bolick, Margie Sigmon and Katherine Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen D. Lail (Alice), Tim A. Lail (Brenda) and Penny Lail; and his grandchildren, Caroline Harvey, Randall Lail, Brandi Bryant, Jason Lail, Marcus Beard, Adam Presnell, Josh Presnell and Jordan Presnell.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church (4420 County Home Rd, Conover, NC 28613). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
