He was predeceased by: his father Homer Lee Cline; and his brother Cecil Morgan. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Lowman (Mike) and Dennis Morgan (Gail); his niece Jessica Sigmon (Michael); and his nephew Michael Lowman (Emily).
