She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Albert Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Faye Graham Phillips of Hickory; her children, Dillon Phillips of Long View and Keiyara "KJ" Johnson of Morganton; her brother Mark Phillips of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Zayden Allen, Aviana Phillips, Gabriiel Johnson and Rylie Phillips.

Memorials may be made to Winkler's Grove Baptist Church Senior Stars, 3390 9th Ave. Drive NW, Hickory, NC 28601.
