It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Sigmon Spencer of Conover, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Sigmon and Floy Poovey Sigmon; her husband Robert Lee Spencer; her brothers, Glenn Sigmon, Joe Dale Sigmon and Jim Sigmon; and her daughter Bobbi Spencer Hamby.

She is survived by: her son Michael R. Spencer (Anne) of Conover; her grandchildren, Lauren Spencer (Jason), Samantha Spencer (Preston) and Garrison Hamby (Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Zander Spencer, Roxxi Slaughter and Saiylor Spencer-Wooten.
