He is survived by: his wife Claudette Thomas of Concord; and his children, Clara Thomas, Willie Thomas Jr. (Lilly) of Albany, Georgia, Darryl Bruce (Cynthia) of Rockford, Dawn Thomas of Galloway and Patrice Bruce of Charlotte.
