He is survived by: his children, Charlie Raper (Kim) of Mooresville, NC, Chip Raper (Jeanne) of Denver, NC, Chuck Raper (Kim) of Lyman, SC and Holly Smith (Ron) of Sparta, TN; and his brothers, Fred and Whitey Propst. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
