It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Gaddis of Concord, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard A. Gaddis and Elizabeth Hoke Gaddis; his wife Diane Harrington Gaddis; and his sisters, Dorothy Swink and Glenda Braddy.
He is survived by: his children, Windy Holt (Jonathan) of Kannapolis and Kevin Gaddis (Luanne) of Mooresville; his grandsons, Allen Solomon (Jusara) and Lucas Solomon; his stepgranddaughter Caitlin Grondziowki; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carolina and Andrew Grondziowki; his siblings, Nadine Hawkins, Ann Drum (Wayne) and Wayne Gaddis (Betty); his brother-in-law Bucky Harrington (Tina); and his friend W. A.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
