She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Jefferson Sims and Sarah Bellune Sims; her husband Donald "Don" Jackson Skinner; and her brother William "Billy" Sims. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Matthews (Jason Matthews) and Heather Schiffman (Michael Schiffman); her grandsons, Adam and Jake; her sister Dianne Smith; and her nieces, Adrianne McKita and Julia Kelley.
