He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony John Persuitte, Sr. and D. Rita Segovia (DiPietro); his granddaughter Lauren Persuitte; and his siblings, Joseph Persuitte and Rachael Radoy.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Sullivan Persuitte; his children, Lisa Dunning (John) of Charlotte, NC, John Persuitte (Renee) of Troutman, NC and Scott Persuitte (Kelly) of Concord, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew and Kate Dunning; his children, Amanda Mossallam (Anthony), Elizabeth Persuitte and Addi Hurst; and his sister Dee Hornbeck (Ralph) of Boca Raton, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
