He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Clarence Swicegood and Mary Louise Swicegood; and his pet Coco. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Swicegood (Katherine) of Kannapolis, NC and Michael Swicegood (Melissa) of Linwood; his sisters, Janie Sink (Gary) of Thomasville and Susan Richardson (Danny) of Kernersville; his grandchildren, James Carlton Swicegood, Lillyanne Claire Swicegood, Maxwell Christopher Swicegood and Daniel Clifton Swicegood; and the mother of his children Nancy Parnell Swicegood.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davidson Funeral Home - Lexington (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
