He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Watkins and Pauline Helms Watkins. He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Turner and Carolyn Jordan (Gary). He is also survived by 2 nieces; 1 nephew; several great nieces and nephews; 1 great-niece; and numerous cousins.
