He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Perry J. Mims and Sallie Bell Pressley Mims; his daughter Tamika Berry (Charles, Jr.) of Concord, NC; his siblings, Rev. Sallie Taylor of Easley, SC, Jannie Young of Fayetteville, NC, Joann Nance (Johnny) of Greenville, SC and Perry Anthony Mims of Piedmont, SC; his grandchildren, Mikayla Williams and Ashonti Wicks; and his great grandchild Damien James Campbell. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
