She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Deboe Blackwelder and Y. W. Blackwelder; and her husband Ray Arlen Morgan. She is survived by: her sons, Arlen Morgan (Teresa) of Concord and Matthew Morgan (Jenifer) of Kannapolis; her siblings, Betty Surratt and Bob Blackwelder (Jo); her grandchildren, Tabitha Furr (Jeremy), Josh Morgan (Katie) and Brett Morgan-Claudio (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Coen Furr, Kai Claudio, Sadie Furr, AJ Morgan, Wally Morgan, Joey Morgan, Penelope Claudio and Mackenzie Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kerr Memorial Baptist Church, 25 Hwy 49 S, Concord, NC 28025.
