She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Elwood Foil, Sr. and Elizabeth Caudle Foil; and her husband Mogan Lester Walker. She is survived by: her brother Horace Elwood Foil, Jr. of Mount Pleasant, NC.; her sons, Mark Walker (Cammie) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and John Walker (Tonya) of Cumming, GA; and her grandchildren, Rachel Walker, Lindsay Walker and Brady Walker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hope by Design, (hopebydesignga.org), a non-profit furniture ministry founded by Mrs. Walker's daughter-in-law, Tonya Walker, Saint John's Lutheran Church (Concord) or Hospice & Palliative Care (Kannapolis), in her honor and memory.
