She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin A. Bottoms and Myrtle Welborn Bottoms; and her husband John Kerr. She is survived by: her children, Mae Nell Gilleland (Sam Collins) of Concord and Donald Kerr (Gale) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Rick Gilleland, Ray Gilleland, Candy Kerr and Misty Tarlton. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
