He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wallace II and Alvesta Ellis Wallace; and his sister Alice Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Wallace; his children, Samuel Wallace IV (Rosella) of Florida, Gary Wallace (Tracy Foster) of Kannapolis, NC, Anna Wallace of Charlotte, NC and Charlesetta Everett (Donnie) of Charlotte, NC; his nieces, Tina Sanders and Elaine Bailey; and his nephew Jimmy Bailey.

Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
