He is survived by: his wife Kathy Elaine Fowler of Concord, NC; his sons, Samuel Lee Fowler, III (Lisa) of China Grove, NC and Stephen Victor Fowler (Tammy); his siblings, Katherine Arbenz of Thomasville, NC, Sylvia Josephine Fowler of Gainesville, FL, Michael Fowler of Ohio and William Fowler of Grovetown, GA; and his grandchildren, Madison Alexander (Matt), Zoey Fowler and Victor Fowler.
