He is survived by: his daughter Kayla D'Allura (Christopher D'Allura, Sr.); his grandsons, Michael, Christopher, Jr. and Daniel D'Allura; his sister Kathy McKenzie (Joe Relyea); his mother-in-law Carol Dederick (Van Etten); his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Barr (Joe), Daisy Ford (Dederick) and Bernie Dederick, Jr.; his godsons, Anthony McKenzie (Mimi) and Michael McKenzie, Sr. (Amy); his great-niece Nova McKenzie; his great-nephew Michael "Mikey" McKenzie, Jr.; and his close friends, John, Keith, Mike and Sammy.
