He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Martha Arthur; his sister Mary Joan Studstill; and his nephew Chase Ferguson. He is survived by: his niece Vicki Buchanan of Concord, NC; his great-nieces, Amy Nelson and Annette Moore; and also, Matthew, Nathan Ferguson, Gregory, John Henry, Alahna Moore and Abigail Stephens.
