He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Murray Barbee; his children, Dale Barbee (Cindy), Tonya Medlin (Jamie) and Kayla Miller (Dale); his grandchildren, Jamie Medlin, Jake Barbee and Cole Barbee; and his great grandchild Austin Miller.
