He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilson Lentz and Anna Horton Lentz; his wife Margaret "Dee" Petty Lentz; his son Robert "Bobby" Lentz, Jr.; his granddaughter Amanda Minutolo; and his son-in-law Jeff Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Dedri Minutolo, Laura Gray, Mary Margaret Richardson (Chris) and Danny Lentz (Suzanne); and his siblings, Tempe Miller (Hilton) and Charles Lentz, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
