He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Sue McGuirt; and his son Benjamin Johnston McGuirt. He is survived by: his father Robert Wilson McGuirt (Judy); his wife Penny Larrabee McGuirt; his daughter Jessica Murdock (Weston); his grandsons, Owen and Walker; his daughter-in-law Rikki; his grandsons, Bradley and Jack; and his brothers, Rob (Dawn) and David (Patty). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
