He is survived by: his wife Donna Costantino of Concord, NC; his children, Renee Nauyokas (Chris) of Apollo, PA, Michele Coccaro (Todd) of Concord, NC and Tony Costantino (Allison) of Simpsonville, SC; his siblings, Robert Costantino, Charles Costantino, Betty Basham and Margaret Costantino; and his grandchildren, Carly, Kylee, Brady Coccaro, Janet, Ryan Nauyokas, Caitlyn, Chloe and Caleb Costantino. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
