Though Rhonda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rhonda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her parents, Fred Fleming and Ann Scott Fleming of Concord, NC; her husband Patrick A. Forte; her children, Peyton Forte of New York and Patrick Forte (P. J.) of Kannapolis, NC; and her siblings, B'onta Brank (William) of Concord, NC and Fred Fleming Jr. of Concord, NC. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rock Hill A. M. E. Zion Church (3620 Rock Hill Church Rd, Concord, NC 28027). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
