He was predeceased by: his father John Hawks; his wife Bonnie Hawks; and his sisters, Dale Dishman and Nancy Farrington. He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Eric Hawks; his grandson Ryder Hawks; his sisters, Kay Bushey, Jean Winkler, Jackie Marlowe (Charles) and Sue Morris (Bradley); and his cousin Dean Sloan. He is also survived by 10 nephews, 1 niece, numerous great nephews and nieces.
