We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2024, at the age of 80, Patsy Ann Locklear of Concord, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Ray (Jack); her sister Connie Oxendine; and her parents, Bernice Sampson and Phoenecia Sampson. She is survived by: her children, Quint and Candy; her granddaughter Clara; her son Jon (Beth); and her grandchildren, Sarah Kate, Caroline, Quint, Tara and Tanner Bengle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
