She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Miller and Mozell Miller; and her son Dr. Chalmers "Chris" Bankhead, III. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Chalmers C. Bankhead, Jr.; her daughter Estella P. Bankhead; her grandson Chalmers C. Bankhead, IV; and her brother Milton M. Miller (Louvenia) of Kannapolis, NC. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home (302 Broad Dr SW, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
