Ostrander (Jeff); and her brother Stephen Kelly (Donna). She is also survived by her five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patricia's name to the American Cancer Society.
