It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Narra Walters of Concord, North Carolina, born in Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil L. Stevens and Beverly Ann Crowell Azur; and her brothers, Neil Stevens, Jr. and Schuyler Azur. She is survived by: her daughter Krystal Miller (Jared); her grandchildren, Makayla, Abbie, Savannah and Chase; and her daughter Brianna Starnes.
