She is survived by: her sons, Vaughn Combs and Richard Combs; her grandchildren, Brett Combs, Jordan Combs and Abby Combs; her great grandchildren, Britni Combs Ainsworth (Colt), Chad Wesley Combs, Emma and Adysen Combs; and her great great grandchildren, Carolina, Stetson and Hadlee Ainsworth.
