He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Lee Bost and Billie Leona Bost; and his siblings, Linda Jo Harvell and Gary Franklin Bost. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Joann Bost; his sister Hilda Deal; his children, Michael Bost Jr. (Jennifer), Kimberly Horne (Jeff) and Melissa Miller (Chad); and his grandchildren, Crystal Bost, Jordan Bost, Josh Bost, Chad Miller, Dawson Miller, Ashlyn Bost, Lexie Simpson, Gracie Simpson and Garrett Horne. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, a cause close to Michael's heart due to his courageous battle with kidney disease.
