She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeta Caldwell Niblock and Franklin C. Niblock, Sr.; and her siblings, Ellen Niblock (Collie), Katie Harvey Moore, Sarah N. Touchton, Margaret N. Harkins, Dr. Franklin C. Niblock, Jr. and Thomas Niblock.
She is survived by: her niece Kay Niblock-James; and her nephews, William T. Niblock and Marc C. Niblock.
