She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Paul "Petty" Tokash and Dorothy H. Lovin Tokash. She is survived by: her sisters, Janet Yeaman of Pittsburgh, PA, Dee Dee Landreth (James) of Dandridge, TN, Lisa Colangelo (late Alex) of Weirton, WV and Donna Ross (Edward) of Steubenville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
