Wanda Shaw (Kevin) of Kannapolis, NC and Linda Clowney (Reginald) of Midway, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Barnes, Brittany Barnes, Shakira Barnes, Contisha Barnes, Melinda Goins (Anthony), Jennifer Clowney, Sara Caldwell, Rashad Alonzo Cannon, Kevin Shaw, Jr., Devin Saury and Kurt Davis; her great grandchildren, Shabree Goins, Mikayla Leake, Nadia Goins, Ashanti Goins, Jayda Goins, Anthony Goins, Jr., Kurt Davis, Jr. (KJ) and Harmony Davis; and her great great grandchild Yoniel Ward. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kannapolis (1311 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (6280 Pleasant Grove Church Rd, Kannapolis, NC 28081).
