He was predeceased by: his father Howard Wilder; his wife Iris Faye Wilder; his son David Wilder; and his brothers, Howard, Gerald and Harold Wilder.

He is survived by: his sons, Larry Wilder (Pat) of Concord and Gary Wilder (Kathleen); his daughter-in-law Cheryll Wilder (David) of Lexington; his children, Paul Wilder (Anna) and Kelly Setzer (Kirk) of Belmont; his sister Helen; and his pet Eugene. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
