She is survived by: her parents, Glenn Howell Horton and Janie Burrage Horton; her husband Sanford Dewey Garmon, Jr.; her children, Sanford Keith Garmon (Marta), Kelly Zeigler of Denver, NC, Kristen Latham (Robert) of Sophia, NC and Kerry Garmon of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Anna Zeigler, Caroline Zeigler, Ryan Edwards and Rinnah Edwards; and her great grandchild Knox Henry Greer.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
