He was predeceased by: his mother Dottie Norris Lewis; and his grandparents, Brant, Lucille Lewis of Minneapolis, Chester and Elizabeth Norris of Elk Park.

He is survived by: his father Bobby "Goose" Lewis of Minneapolis; his siblings, Laura Sparks (Josh) of Minneapolis and Bobby "Booge" Lewis, Jr. of Minneapolis; and his niece Brook Sparks.
