She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Burton Scott; and her siblings, William Scott, Joseph Scott, Catherine Scott Peay, David Scott and Delores Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nakina Narkay Scott of Charlotte, NC, Famata Davis (Jay) of Concord, NC and Jamie Scott of Kannapolis, NC; her siblings, Brenda Lott (James) of Kannapolis, NC, Robert Scott of Charlotte, NC, Charles Scott (Debra) of Concord, NC, Raymond Alexander (Kelly) of Concord, NC and Lester Pharr (Stephanie) of Maryland; and her cousin Ruth Ann Kelly. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
