It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Janette Tallent of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Carl Durham and Jessie Durham; and her husband Fred Tallent. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Beth Tallent) and Jeff (Melissa Tallent); her grandchildren, Jessica (Scott Carpenter), Justin (Alexis Tallent), Jacob (Meagan Tallent) and Tiffany (Madison Hastings); and her great grandchildren, Ruby Carpenter and Gabby Hastings.
