She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Stanley and Katherine Simpson Stanley; her husband Billy Ray Scott; her daughter Rebecca Grey; and her brothers, Phillip and Dallas Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Sloop, Libby Blackwelder (Brian) and Melissa Boehm (Ben); her grandchildren, Alex Sloop, Lewis Williams (Megan), Leigh Poteat (Brad) and Mary Blackwelder; her brother Tom Stanley (Kathy); her sister-in-law Gail Stanley; and her friend Linda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
