It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Young Alley of Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Brittian and Elizabeth Talbert McClellan; her husband George Worth; her sons, Britt, Richard Brittian Alley (Britt) and Keith Lee Alley; her granddaughter Laura Corinne Alley; her brother George McClellan (Elizabeth) of Belmont; her nieces, Erin Johnson of Homestead, Florida and Ann Brittian Green (Jay Green) of Belmont, NC; and her nephew George McClellan III (Misty) of Monroe, NC..
