He was predeceased by: his father Baker Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lewis; his daughter Stephanie Langham (Brian Hunsuck); his granddaughter Sydney Wallace; his stepgrandchildren, Kristina Vickers (Anthony) and Timothy Pawkett (Amanda); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Baylor Vickers, Lillian Vickers, Conner Vickers, Rebecca Vickers, Reed Pawkett and Riley Pawkett; his sister Linda Fluhart; his nephew Mark Fluhart; and his stepsister Lynn Enos.
